Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review all product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only replace or refund items if they arrive:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a solution.
- Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can try to update it before production starts.
